Setting treatment goals based on your health and fitness goals is an important starting point. This helps steer the direction we go in your treatment protocol. It also provides us with the guidepost we need to ensure we are making progress.

Acute/Chronic/Complex

Acute issues are recent and often have an identifiable cause.
Chronic issues usually happen over time -sometimes caused by older injuries though often times can develop slowly and don't seem to go away.
Complex issues: are a mixture of more than one cause and concern.

Discovery Session -Free

This is a 15 - 20 minute phone or video conference to provide you with an opportunity to get to know me and ask questions to see if Integrative Movement is right for you

New to Functional Movement Therapy

This is a first session and is 90 minutes. We do an initial assessment and a treatment. The purpose of this session is to:
-identify the root cause -provide treatment to resolve the issue -identify the result you are looking for -provide home self-care activities

Functional Movement Therapy
60 & 90

The sessions are 60 to 90 minutes in length. They are conducted on a therapeutic massage mat on the floor. As we are continually assessing the results and due to the nature of the treatment being more movement oriented, the client is fully clothed in comfortable, loose fitting clothes. -such as yoga or track pants etc. Occasionally I can adapt session times to accommodate client's needs.

Focused Sessions:

Acute and Chronic Injury Whether you've just inured yourself or it's been bothering your for years, we can identify the source of the issue and the factors that are preventing your from getting better -then we work to resolve them.

Hyper/Hypo Mobility Sessions

After years of working with people with "really bendy" people and also those on the other spectrum "stiff as trees". I have a specialty in addressing these issues. It is not etched in stone.
