If pain, injury, or uncertainty is getting in the way of your life, we start by clarifying what matters, what you can do now, and what would help you move forward.

Start with the problem, not the treatment
Your goals, current capacity, symptoms, concerns, and the demands of your real life help determine the most useful next step.

What a session looks like
A session is collaborative. We discuss what has been happening, examine the movements and loads that matter, use hands-on treatment where it is useful, and leave you with practical next steps.
Understand
Your story, goals, symptoms, concerns, current capacity, and what you want to get back to.
Plan
Identify priorities and choose the smallest number of useful next steps.
Build
Use treatment, movement, strength, loading, and practice to increase what your body can handle.
Experience
Measure success by getting back to the activities and experiences that matter to you.
A good fit
You may have a recent injury, a long-standing problem, a tendon that keeps flaring, or simply a body part you no longer trust.
You do not need to arrive with the right diagnosis or know which service to book. We can start with what is limiting you and work from there.
You do not need the whole answer today.
If you want help putting the pieces together, book a session and we can build the plan from where you are now.
